My birthday is this weekend. As usual, I’m reflecting: success, failure, and the moments in between. Too often we’re so busy waiting for the “big” moment that we neglect to honor the small milestones that facilitate the big break. Last weekend, I had a moment in St. Louis. It’s okay for me to enjoy it this birthday weekend. I may not be where I want to be, but considering that I went to NYC with nothing, God has been gracious to this girl from the south side of Chicago.
